Welcome to GGU's CyberCampus!

For more than 110 years, non-profit Golden Gate University (GGU) has been helping adults achieve their professional goals by providing undergraduate and graduate education in Accounting, Law, Taxation, Business and related areas. GGU is California's fifth-largest private university, enrolling nearly 5,000 students and representing 66,000+ alumni. The school's main campus is located in San Francisco with additional teaching sites in Seattle, Silicon Valley and Los Angeles. In addition to evening and weekend classes, most courses and degrees are offered entirely online. Because GGU is a fully-accredited university, many employers offer tuition assistance (including companies such as PG&E and Kaiser Permanente). More About Golden Gate University

Welcome to GGU's Cyber Campus

Golden Gate University Established in 1901

Golden Gate University offers individual courses, degree programs and professional certificates through CyberCampus that are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Although the Web-based format is unique, the courses are the same as those offered at any Golden Gate University location. CyberCampus courses are taught by the same faculty and are held to the same rigorous academic standards as courses offered in traditional classroom settings.

Golden Gate University's CyberCampus now serves approximately over 5,000 fully cyber students, 1,100 mixed mode students, and 4,200 Web enhanced students annually. There are almost 4,000 archived courses, plus several shared online communities, training areas, student service tools, and demonstration courses. Additionally, CyberCampus has stayed in the forefront of online instruction, adding voice-over PowerPoint presentations, streaming audio and video, podcasting, and other instructional solutions to online courses.

GGU's CyberCampus is already ten years old and still growing!

CyberCampus offers a virtual classroom experience that combines academic rigor with flexibility. Courses are composed of sound, relevant educational content, and taught by experts who are well-respected working professionals in their fields.

Limited class size and integrated use of Web-based software enable CyberCampus faculty to create a seminar-style 'classroom' environment you can interact with your professors and others. Since discussions are asynchronous (simultaneous participation is not necessary), you can ask questions as they arise and contribute to discussions at any time.
