Online Nursing Program

RNs with an accredited Associate's degree or nursing Diploma may be well on their way towards their BSN degree. Jacksonville University will award up to 30 credit hours for an active U.S. RN license and transfer credits from other accredited universities and institutions of higher learning. JU also accepts up to 30 hours through CLEP exams.

Courses within the Online RN to BSN degree include: Dimensions of Professional Practice, Nursing Assessment for the Experienced Nurse, Nursing Research for the Experienced Nurse, Health Promotion & Rehabilitation Nursing Theory, Physiological Adaptation to Illness, Critical Care Nursing Theory for the Experienced Nurse, Community Health Nursing Theory for the Experienced Nurse, Community Health Nursing Practice for the Experienced Nurse, Leadership & Management in Professional Practice, Professional Nursing Synthesis for the Experienced Nurse, Elective: Nursing Art: Magic of Music Interventions, and Elective: Omega Strategies.
