About UC Irvine Extension
As the continuing education division of the University of California, Irvine, UC Irvine Extension is dedicated to providing a university-level learning experience for adult professionals. We offer over 40 certificate programs and specialized studies, and thousands of courses to local, regional, and global constituencies.
UC Irvine Extension courses are available on-campus in Irvine, online, and on-site through Corporate Training. Several programs lead to industry certifications, as well as transfer credits toward a master's degree at our partner universities.
Student Loans
UC Irvine Extension is an approved training institution for the following private, credit-based student loan programs:

Military Benefits
Select programs qualify for veteran's educational benefits. Veterans, veterans' dependents, and others eligible for veterans' educational programs should determine their benefits and obtain authorization from the appropriate veterans' office prior to enrollment at UC Irvine Extension.
Transfer credit
Several certificate programs also carry transfer credit toward a bachelor's or master's degree at our partner universities which include Capella University, Northeastern University, Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Cal Lutheran California Institute of Finance, Florida Institute of Technology, University of Wisconsin-Platteville, University of Houston, and University of British Columbia.
