Make a Difference in the Lives of Those in Need
Skilled, compassionate people make a positive difference in the lives of others, a belief well-supported by research in the field of helping professions. Humanity always benefits from supportive individuals, but in these times, when so many in our society are experiencing hardships, we need caring counselors more than ever.
Wake Forest University's Master of Arts in Counseling online program is dedicated to educating highly-skilled counselors, who are committed to serving the needs of their communities. Whether they are working in schools with children or a clinical setting with adults, many of our students excel as community leaders, advocates and practitioners who model compassionate service to humanity and foster the well-being of society.
Respected across the world, the Wake Forest counseling program prepares students to pursue rewarding careers as mental health counselors and school counselors. As a student in this program, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most recognized scholars and professional leaders in the counseling profession and to interact with other students committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
