WSU online courses have scheduled start dates and completion dates, but each course is asynchronous, meaning that you can access your virtual classroom on the Web anytime, day or night. Your virtual classroom allows you to: access course readings, chat with fellow classmates who happen to be online at the same time, post comments to a threaded discussion board, submit assignments, and work on projects.

No Residency Requirement
You are always welcome to visit campus, but you are not required to come to campus to fulfill any of your course work. We encourage you to come for your graduation ceremony and special events hosted by DDP.
