The BS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Adventist University of Health Sciences is designed for Sonographers seeking administrative and/or educator careers. Through our personalized, faith-based program, students learn advanced sonography applications and holistic healing approaches to patient care. Earning this degree prepares students for the dynamic, ultrasound needs of hospitals and clinics.
This program is designed as a Bachelor's completion program (61 credits) for the sonographer who has graduated from a regionally-accredited institution or who is registered with ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI, and has met the prerequisite requirements of the program.
Many students must schedule their studies around their busy lives and demanding jobs. The flexibility of the online nature of the program allows for students to plan their education around any schedule. Coursework for the online BSDMS program can be completed in as little as two years.
