Develop the breadth of management, interpersonal, and professional skills required to advance in today's complex business world. Focus your electives in such areas as finance, accounting, marketing, human resources, or leadership to design a program that meets your professional goals and needs. Others may want to choose a variety of electives to develop knowledge of many different areas of business, some with an eye toward starting their own business, others with a desire to use their skills in a wide range of industries, including health care, financial services, retail, and manufacturing. People who choose this specialization are often pursuing entry-level business positions or seeking to advance their careers in a variety of business functions and settings. Capella offers concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Project Management

RequirementsThank You for your interest in Capella University. Students applying for any Undergraduate Studies program must be 24 years of age or older. For students 23 years of age or under must have 90+ quarter credits/60+ semester credits, Associates Degree or higher, or Active Military Status.
On Campus RequirementAll doctoral programs, clinically-focused master's programs, and some postmaster's programs require learners to attend academic residencies, either colloquia or the year-in-residence, offered in various locations.
