DBA - Global Operations and Supply Chain Management

Advance your knowledge of global operations and supply chain management while completing an applied dissertation project that allows you to make an immediate, practical contribution to your organization. This online doctoral program, which reflects the major knowledge areas of leading professional organizations, emphasizes global environment assessment; supply chain management strategy and functions; demand forecasting; and global logistics.

With your DBA in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella, you'll learn to integrate and apply theory and scholarly research, apply and communicate strategic approaches, and develop and apply critical thinking to manage inventory and coordinate materials and operations. Additionally, you'll be able to integrate sourcing, just in-time, and efficient management approaches to supply chain operations as well as develop expertise to manage relationships and accountabilities across a global supply chain.

You'll also have the opportunity to participate in Capella's international experience. This optional trip is designed to provide multinational networking, increased cultural literacy and global operations learning experience.
