Working with a rich, global network of experienced faculty and professional peers, you will gain an in-depth understanding of your own field, plus insights from professionals in other fields, such as public safety and health care, which often collaborate with you to address today's complex challenges.

With your Master's in Public Administration from Capella, you'll learn to manage public administration resources effectively and develop solutions based on citizen involvement, informed decision making and leadership. You'll also develop and implement public administration policies and administrative processes.
