MS - Curriculum and Instruction

Increase your expertise in curriculum and instruction to improve student achievement within the fast-growing field of P–12 education. This online master's in curriculum and instruction program is part of Capella's Professional Education Unit, which has been accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). You'll focus on applying current theory, research, and technology to the design of curriculum and instructional models. You will also learn to use assessment, classroom management and other techniques to strengthen instruction and reduce achievement gaps. Throughout the program you will build a professional portfolio to demonstrate your master's-level capabilities to current and future employers.
