MS - Public Safety Leadership

With the field of public safety becoming broader and more complex, there is increased demand for public safety leaders who are knowledgeable on a range of public safety, criminal justice, and emergency preparedness issues, and have the business and human resources skills to effectively manage a complex organization. The master's-level program is designed to prepare you to handle the many facets of public safety leadership through course work that includes human development and behavior, organizational leadership, accounting and finance, and training and performance improvement.

With your Master's in Public Safety Leadership from Capella, you'll learn to lead and manage public safety organizations in an informed manner. You'll also evaluate research and apply findings to the profession of public safety.
