Acquire an advanced knowledge of nursing theory and practice. Understand the design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of nurse education programs. This online program, part of Capella's CCNE-accredited MSN program, is modeled on the Essentials of Master's Education for Advanced Practice Nursing established by the American Association of Colleges. Potential workplaces include: hospital, home health care agency, community or technical college, land-based or online college or university, or hospital-based school of nursing.
