The innovative online Master of Arts and Graduate Certificates in Educational Technology Leadership (ETL) program at The George Washington University (GW) prepares individuals for leadership roles in improving teaching and learning the application of educational technologies used in K-12 schools, higher education institutions, corporations, organizations, associations, governments and foundations.
The master’s degree consists of 36 credit hours with an extensive focus on all areas of educational technology leadership, while each graduate certificate is 18 credit hours and focuses on one aspect of the field. The following graduate certificates offered at GW are: Integrating Technology into Education, Leadership in Educational Technology, Training and Educational Technology, Multimedia Development, Instructional Design, and E-Learning.
The George Washington University does not distinguish between distance and face-to-face degrees. Therefore, the diploma or certificate you receive from the ETL program is equivalent to those received from other face-to-face programs at GW.
