Doctor of Education - Global Training and Development

The Doctor of Education degree in Global Training and Development at Northcentral University combines theory, research, and practical application of principles related to training and performance improvement. In your Global Training and Development EdD courses, you will critically analyze needs and evaluate the influences of how performance improvement and training should be designed.
