Key terms are defined, major historical influences are examined, and strategies for valuing individual differences, as well as similarities, are provided. Aimed at all levels, 'Diversity Defined' includes the topics: (A) Key Concepts (B) Contributors and Role Models (C) The Value of Differences. The PrimeDiversity™ Awareness curriculum provides learners with a creative approach to recognize and benefit from the unique perspectives of individuals with varied backgrounds and experiences. Participants will learn how to break out of their “comfort zone” to pursue knowledge and insights that will enhance the performance of their organization—as well as their own personal growth.
