Courses include: An FHA Single Family Appraisal: The purpose of this course is to provide students with step-by-step, in-depth instructions for preparing the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) within the guidelines set by the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and in compliance with USPAP. Appraisal Methods: The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the appraisal methods. Students will learn the principles of value, the three approaches to value - sales comparison, cost, and income, reconciliation and gross monthly rent multipliers. Overview of the Appraisal Process: The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the appraisal process. This course covers the types of value, the valuation process, general and specific data analysis, residential real estate markets, neighborhood analysis, site and improvement description and analysis and the concept of highest and best use. |
