Courses include: An FHA Single Family Appraisal: The purpose of this course is to provide students with step-by-step, in-depth instructions for preparing the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) within the guidelines set by the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and in compliance with USPAP. Appraisal Methods: The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the appraisal methods. Students will learn the principles of value, the three approaches to value - sales comparison, cost, and income, reconciliation and gross monthly rent multipliers. Residential Report Writing and Case Studies: This course demonstrates practical writing exercises necessary to produce convincing appraisal reports in daily practice. A URAR Form Review: The course will instruct students in detail how to fill out the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). |
