Courses include: 90 Hour Appraisal Prelicense Package: This package meets the full 90-hour education requirement for real estate appraiser license which includes the 15-hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) requirement. An FHA Single Family Appraisal: The purpose of this course is to provide students with step-by-step, in-depth instructions for preparing the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) within the guidelines set by the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and in compliance with USPAP. National USPAP Course Equivalent (2005): This course is appropriate for students who are interested in receiving the mandatory 15-hours of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) qualifying education credit. 75 hour Kansas Provisional Licensing Package: The material in this course covers 75 hours of the new Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria. This package consists of the 30 hr. Basic Appraisal Principles module and the 30 hr. Basic Appraisal Procedures module, and the 15 hr. USPAP courses. Residential Report Writing and Case Studies: This course demonstrates practical writing exercises necessary to produce convincing appraisal reports in daily practice. |
