Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR): The course will instruct students in detail how to fill out the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR). National USPAP Update Course Equivalent (2005): The purpose of this course is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Residential Report Writing and Case Studies: This course demonstrates practical writing exercises necessary to produce convincing appraisal reports in daily practice. |
