Web-based Training (WBT) is at the forefront of the recent 'e-learning' boom. However, while WBT use is on the rise, specific skills and tools are required to ensure a successful WBT implementation. Based on proven instructional design concepts, this course provides the student with the skills necessary to create effective web-based training programs. Students can apply to this sixteen week course as either matriculated or non-matriculated in the Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters.
