Degree Title:
Master of Science in Accounting
College:
New England College
Description:

New England College's Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) program has been designed for seasoned accountants and those aspiring to enter the field. The MSA prepares you for today's complex and competitive business environment and acts as a prerequisite for entry into public accounting.

The program will benefit you in many ways, including: preparing you for the CPA and satisfying the 150-hour requirements of most states and other professional certification programs such as Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Data Processing Auditor (CDPA); becoming an accountant; enjoying higher salaries; opening doors to the most desirable positions; increasing your career and networking opportunities; and gaining skills you can apply immediately in the workplace.

The MSA requires no standardized entrance exams. Admission is based on your experience and professional accomplishments. It takes only 10 seven-week courses to complete your Master's, and you can graduate in less than 2 years. Students can apply for FAFSA at every start date. You will learn from distinguished faculty with real-world experience, and deepen your understanding of complex accounting issues and develop your critical reasoning capacity.
