Fielding offers flexibility for students to create their own learning roadmap and outstanding faculty and advisors who act as mentors throughout each student's academic journey.The EdD curriculum focuses the knowledge and tools to become a leader and change agent in the K-12 learning systems; however, alternative concentration areas are available through which students can specialize in the following areas: Community College Leadership and Change; Leadership of Higher Education Systems, and Media Studies.
