You'll prepare for a career in law enforcement, government, state and federal agencies or the private sector.
As you earn your Associate of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, you'll learn to work in our multi-cultural society, with an emphasis on the importance of ethics in the workplace. You'll gain both theoretical and practical knowledge from instructors with professional, real-world experience. During your two years of study, you'll take 24 courses in subjects as compelling as Crime Scene Investigation, Digital Crime and Digital Terrorism, Ethics in Criminal Justice and more. And because this degree program is fully online, you'll have the flexibility to fit it into your busy life on your own terms.
Credit-earning Options:
Transfer credits from accredited institutions accepted on a case by case basis (student must submit official transcripts for review by Education Department for prior earned credits)
Geographic Restrictions:
No set geographical restrictions; however all courses are taught in English, all students must have a mailing address where they can receive textbooks via UPS and only US citizens are eligible to apply for Title IV F.A. funding.
On-Campus Requirement:
No on-campus requirement. All programs offered are 100% online.
Scholarships Offered:
All students are assigned a Financial Aid Advisor to assist them in their F.A. and student loan applications and/or to develop a feasible payment plan. Students are encouraged to research scholarship opportunities and look into other funding sources.
Loans Offered:
Grants and loans are available to those students who qualify. Students may apply by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). FAFSA Code: 016095
