Interested in politics and policy local and abroad? The OSU Political Science program investigates topics from local politics and American government fundamentals to ethics and international relations, giving the student a broad range of knowledge and perspectives. The Ecampus Political Science degree is also a perfect starting point for those interested in continuing to law school.

As a Political Science major, you will: 1) Learn from experienced OSU faculty in the only online Political Science degree with extensive coursework in environmental politics and policy; 2) Have the opportunity to supplement your degree with one of our 12 online minors, including Business & Entrepreneurship and U.S. History; and 3) Develop skills for Careers in areas such as local, state and national government, international affairs, political consulting, nonprofit sectors and law.

Participants in the Ecampus Political Science major can choose to work toward a Bachelor of Art OR a Bachelor of Science.

OSU Extended Campus additionally offers over 15 online minors to complement your degree, to help hone your skills in a particular field and can enhance your marketability after graduation. Students will complete a total of at least 180 credits.
