Requirements:

Applicants must have a Master's degree (or its foreign equivalent) from a regionally accredited or internationally recognized institution and a graduate GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or its equivalent from an international institution. Residency Requirements: As a doctoral learner you will attend residential colloquia in addition to your online courses. At specific milestones in your program, you will attend three colloquia, each one week in length.
