The Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHR) program prepares graduates to become leaders in the human resource departments of their organizations. It teaches students to align human resource principles with organizational goals and strategies in order to deliver business results. The program covers key topics such as strategic human resource management, leadership and organizational behavior, ethics, employment law, and human resource information systems.
The Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) has reviewed this program and acknowledged that it aligns with their curriculum guidelines for HR degree. SHRM is the largest and most widely recognized human resource professional organization in the world.
