Doctor of Philosphy in Instructional Design and Technology
The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Instructional Design and Technology at Keiser University prepares students to apply instructional systems design, theory and technologies to accomplish optimal educational and training results.
Students will learn and apply best practices in course, program and training development using effective instructional design supported by various technology-based learning models. Gain expertise in assessment, organization and presentation of content, effective communication modalities, and technology integration. Develop leadership skills for effective management of instructional design projects in various workplaces including education, corporate, and government.
Students will evaluate various multimedia applications and integration of technology solutions for the development and delivery of training to various learner populations. Study will include implications and advancements in instructional design performance solutions, and analysis of research to measure learner success. Learn to effectively design and deliver effective instructional materials for your organization, whether for a single class or on a global scale.
