Associate in Science in Human Services
Some of the most rewarding work comes from serving others. If you’re drawn to that career line, a degree in human services from Columbia College might be the right fit. Through classes such as Substance Abuse or Working with Groups, you’ll gain necessary skills to help meet human needs, solve problems and improve the quality of life for society’s most vulnerable citizens. When you graduate, you’ll be prepared to continue your studies or take your commitment to compassionate solutions into the workforce by serving as an intervention specialist, caseworker, corrections officer, policy analyst or victim counselor.
