Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Marketing
The B.A. in Business Administration provides instruction in business skills. In this program students have the opportunity to combine expertise in liberal arts and other academic disciplines with functional business applications, in order to create a dynamic skill set that is in demand with employers. In this concentration, students will learn marketing fundamentals, strategies, and concepts; and the theoretical foundations to successfully accomplish the business objectives of a firm by the effective management of scarce resources – capital, human, and physical. Students will use computer and software applications necessary to prosper in a business environment. The student will focus on information as a resource for the organization and the manager's role in collecting, analyzing, and presenting that information in a decision making process; as well as marketing strategies are created and implemented to assist corporations in achieving profitability, market share, and revenue targets.
