Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction
The Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction program is a self-paced learning program, which may be completed totally off campus. Study programs are not structured in semesters, quarters, or terms, allowing students to begin their degree programs at any time during the year. The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction degree requires students to satisfy 6 core courses, 3 Major Specialization courses, plus a Master's Thesis or 3 additional courses in lieu of a thesis, for a total of 36 semester units of credit. The courses include: Integrating Technology into Teaching, Cultural Issues in Education, Models of Teaching, Supervision of Instruction, Career Development, and The Research Process.
