Doctor of Health Education (DHEd)

ATSU's School of Health Management offers an online Doctor of Health Education (DHEd) program that prepares students for leadership in health profession education. The DHEd is a 20-course, 94-credit-hour program and includes a required applied dissertation. Students are challenged to examine the current state of healthcare education and their roles and responsibilities within it. Graduates are recognized as innovative leaders in educating their patients, students, peers, and achieve excellence in policy development, program design, management, implementation, and evaluation of local issues.
