Specialize in your area of interest by customizing your degree in one of six concentrations: - Organizational Leadership - requires you to identify a personal leadership style, tendencies and preferences as a professional, and how one assimilates and applies information.
- Public Works Administration - provides an in-depth study of topics such as: human resources, legal, political, and technological issues, public works planning and project management, environmental impact and cost-benefit analyses.
- Continuity of Governmental Operations - teaches the elements used to develop a continuity of operations plan for a governmental agency and how to respond to incidents that effect governmental agencies.
- Criminal Justice Administration - provides an in-depth study of personnel management, law enforcement best practices, police leadership, accountability, productivity, and managing special units.
- Public Organization Fiscal Management - provides an in-depth study of legal and regulatory foundation for financial management, integrated financial management information systems, auditing, and evaluation and risk management.
- Leadership - focuses on differentiating the conceptual and theoretical aspects and models of leadership and leadership studies in order for you to apply leadership skills and principles to your place of work.
