Most organizations are over-managed and under-led. The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program is built to meet these challenges head-on. The MSOL program is a practical and pertinent program designed for aspiring or existing leaders in any profession. The curriculum explores conceptual and theoretical models of leadership within organizations, emotional intelligence leading change, change management, strategic communication, organizational behavior and human capital management. As you move through the program, you will track what you learn in your Leadership Development Portfolio, prompting significant change and growth as you become more deeply aware of your individual leadership style and potential.
