Master of Science in Organizational Leadership
Most organizations are over-managed and under-led. The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program is built to meet these challenges head-on. The MSOL program is a practical and pertinent program designed for aspiring or existing leaders in any profession. The curriculum explores conceptual and theoretical models of leadership within organizations, emotional intelligence leading change, change management, strategic communication, organizational behavior and human capital management. As you move through the program, you will track what you learn in your Leadership Development Portfolio, prompting significant change and growth as you become more deeply aware of your individual leadership style and potential.

You must have at least a Bachelor's Degree at the time you apply for a Norwich University Master's Degree Program.
At the end of the 36 credits of coursework, you and your fellow students will converge on the campus of Norwich University for a one week residency.
