Upper Iowa University
Description:
The University of Upper Iowa Master of Public Administration program with an emphasis on Government Administration provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to assume a leadership role and to improve administrative and managerial quality in government and non-profit organizations.

The program intends to instill in learners an appreciation for how market efficiency and democratic values must be respected and balanced to promote the public good. Students will be able to apply their analytical, communication, problem solving and research skills to the complex and often interconnected and interdisciplinary problems faced by mangers and leaders in government agencies and non-profit organizations.
