Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Fire Science is designed to provide students with the general education and technical training to succeed as a Fire Science professional. Graduates will successfully complete 61 credit hours. Students must successfully complete the following technical courses: Introduction to Fire Protection, Introduction to Fire Prevention, Principles of Fire Behavior, Building Construction for Fire Protection, Fire Protection Systems and Fire Protection Hydraulics & Water Supply.
