Learn skills to help individuals perform more effectively, solve problems, and grow professionally in today's complex and multicultural organizations. The Chicago School of Professional Pyschology's I/O Psychology program is designed specifically for professionals who work in fields such as human resources, private and public sector management, healthcare administration, merchandising, and customer service. Participants will develop mastery to: Select and develop personnel to fulfill organizational goals; Accurately assess organizational situations and design appropriate interventions to address them; Develop organizational strategies that reflect cross-cultural intelligence; Effectively negotiate conflict, network, and influence strategy. As a student you will focus on one of four specializations: Consumer Psychology, Leadership for Healthcare Professionals, Organizational Effectiveness, and Workplace Diversity.
