In the Master of Science in Human Capital Management program, you'll examine important financial issues and perspectives such as the ROI on human capital development, financial and managerial accounting, as well as senior level strategic management issues such as change and innovation. You'll be equipped to effectively design and measure human capital development programs.

If you do not have an undergraduate degree in human resources, economics, psychology, or business, you will take the 6-credit hour foundation of business topics. If you do hold an undergraduate degree in business, you will have met most of the foundation requirements, and will therefore take 6 credit hours of graduate business or human resources electives. The 36-credit hour degree program can be completed by those who work full-time in 18 months.
