CSU's Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management is designed for professionals who seek to enhance their ability to motivate people, integrate complex projects, and achieve cost-effective results. Graduates will successfully complete 121 credit hours. Major requirements include an Introduction to Business, Leadership, Principles of Marketing, Principles of Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Business Math, Information Systems Management and Financial Management. A minimum of 4 elective courses must be completed for this concentration. Students may choose from Organizational Communications, Cost and Scheduling Basics, Project Management Overview, Managerial Decision Making, Project Plannig, Risk Management, and Procurement & Contract Management.
