The Quinnipiac Master of Science in Organizational Leadership's curriculum is designed to foster graduate-level growth and development in six areas essential to leadership: 1) Self-awareness and growth; 2) Interpersonal and communication skills; 3) Ethics of leadership; 4) Understanding, interpreting and using data to improve performance; 5) Understanding and leading organizations and complex teams; 6) Strategic analysis and implementation.

The program is writing intensive, building on the University's emphasis on effective writing. This emphasis is consistent with expectations consistently voiced by business leaders. Program design features include: convenient seven-week academic terms; course delivery that is either online only or in a "blended" format, which combines online learning with three half-day Saturday on-campus meetings per term; academic and personal support services, engaging educational experience that includes real-world examples; faculty team with extensive industry experience; and instructors who provide the personalized attention needed for a meaningful learning environment.
