Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management Degree Completion Online Degree Information

The mission of the Organizational Management Degree offered by the University of La Verne is to provide online undergraduate and graduate students with a broad-based management education that emphasizes the application of theory to management practice and builds conceptual skills and core values needed to become effective leaders and managers in today's changing global business environment. The Organizational Management major is designed for the working adult who would like to improve management and organizational skills.

The program is constructed in two parts. The core requirements stress general management skills, with a focus on immediate application in the work setting, and also includes the opportunity for student research. The second part offers electives from a variety of disciplines, allowing the student flexibility to choose courses that best suit his or her career path.
