This program of study is designed to allow licensed nurses who have not completed a baccalaureate degree to supplement their college education with two "bridge" courses, Community as Partner and Professional Nurse as Servant Leader, to transition into the graduate program. The primary curriculum includes four core courses and the following courses have focused content for the R.N. to Nurse Administrator: Management Theory and Application, Human Resources Management, Economics, Managerial Finance, Information Systems for Managers, Marketing, Organizational Communication and Change Management, Strategic Decision Making in Health Care.

Most nurses enrolled in this program are already practicing in managerial areas of health care and come to the program with a wealth of knowledge. This program honors and supplements their knowledge. Admission is based on transcript and resume review.
