Peirce College offers a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Programming & Application Development. Students are equipped to determine the customer's needs and devise a programming solution. Bachelor students will study higher-level application development in the .NET environment involving courses on ASP, SQL, XML, and the component object model for application development.

Graduates from this program make excellent candidates for positions as application developers, programmers, and systems analysts. Students will also explore the desktop programming languages used in industry: JavaScript, C++, and Java as well as Microsoft Project and Visio. This concentration culminates in a capstone project that requires the student to build a working program or model to enhance his/her own job or to demonstrate knowledge gained in this area of study.

Students will complete a minimum of 121 credits to earn a bachelor's degree. Generally, a student will generally complete 121 credits in 41 classes.
