Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc)
ATSU's Arizona School of Health Management offers a 70-credit-hour online Doctor of Health Sciences (DHSc) program that prepares students to better understand and effectively manage complex issues and challenges in professional practice. The DHSc addresses a significant problem in today's struggling healthcare system – the need for well-trained healthcare administrators, educators, clinicians, and researchers. The DHSc provides healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to excel in project management, decision-making, managing organizational behavior, setting standards, and gaining the competence to apply research to their professional practice. The DHSc requires a one-week residency, held at ATSU's Mesa, AZ, campus.
