Our computer repair school teaches you what you need to know to take the A+ Certification Exam. This exam is the industry standard for evaluating competency in entry-level PC service. Begin with the ‘guts’ of the PC: components, motherboard, chips, memory and power supplies. Unlike other computer technician schools, at Ashworth you learn about the hard drive, hard disks, floppy drives and files. Additionally, you’ll also learn to troubleshoot printers, modems, monitors, keyboards, sound boards, CD-ROM drives and other peripherals. The PC Service and Repair Course is comprised of 12 comprehensive lessons. Our pc service repair classes and lessons are easy to follow, yet challenging and stimulating at the same time. Each lesson begins with a subject matter preview and objectives, an introductory note from your instructor and a vocabulary builder of new words and terms. |
