Certificate of Journalism

The Certificate of Journalism equips students with skills in reporting, writing, and online research. It provides assessments of the state of online journalism today and the future of information technology. The program welcomes students from any discipline who wish to gain an understanding of this exciting new area of journalism.

Requirements:

You must have access to a personal computer (Mac or PC), be familiar with basic computer skills, be connected to the Internet, have an e-mail program and account, have at least a 56 kbps modem, have a Java capable browser (Netscape or Internet Explorer), have the Shockwave plugin installed (to use chat).
