Program Title:
Graduate Certificate in Strategy and Leadership
College:
New York University
Description:

The Graduate Certificate in Strategy and Leadership addresses the need for managers and business leaders in the 21st century to set clear objectives with a competitive strategic advantage, motivate employees, and redevelop a culture of trust, integrity, and profit in the global, customer-centric marketplace.

This six-course, 18-credit graduate certificate program, developed with the input of industry executives, is excellent preparation to meet the ever-evolving needs of business. The certificate can be completed in two semesters. Graduate certificates are ideal for those who want to acquire a broader knowledge of the material the concentration courses offer, without committing to the complete M.S. in Management and Systems. While enrolled in a graduate certificate program, you may apply for entrance into the Master of Science in Management and Systems. Graduate certificate courses may be used to satisfy some requirements for the master's degree. The majority of graduate certificate students transfer into the degree program.

Courses include: Leadership; Knowledge Management; Strategic Management of Technological Innovation; Business Strategy and Ethics; Managing Complex Change Initiatives; Strategic Communications; Crisis Management Dynamics and Program Implementation.
