Graduate Certificate in Nursing Administration
The Nursing Administration Certificate offered by Lewis University is designed for nurses who hold a Master's degree in Nursing, are currently practicing in nursing management, or interested in a future career change to this specialty. The curriculum is designed to enhance administration skills in a variety of settings. The four courses required for this certificate are: Healthcare Fiscal Integrity, Organizational Theory in Healthcare Organizations, Human Resource Management in Healthcare and The Business of Healthcare
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate from the College of Nursing and Health Professions as well as have graduate credit hours posted to an official transcript. This graduate certificate requires 12 semester credit hours.
The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, in addition to the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
