Nancy Rodriguez, Morning Show Host Q104-7FM

Nancy Rodriguez

Nancy Michelle Rodriguez was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  She graduated from Verdugo Hills High School in the San Fernando Valley. Attended and graduated the Academy of Radio Broadcasting in Huntington Beach, California. Later went on to graduate from Santa Monica College and Cal State, Los Angeles with Honors.

She started her radio career at Westwood One in 1998, where she reported traffic and news for various Spanish and English radio stations throughout Southern California. In 2002, she began reporting traffic and entertainment for Q104.7fm. A couple years later, Nancy was hired as a jock by Q104.7fm, and finally in the Spring of 2005, she was hired full-time to do mornings. She is currently co-host of “The Rico and Mambo Morning Show,” and on Sundays she hosts “Community Talk.”

In her spare time, Nancy volunteers as a mentor, or a “Big,” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ventura County, a class speaker for the Segue Program, and board member for United Way’s Young Leaders Society of Ventura County. She enjoys relaxing at home, traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
