Tina Smith is President and CEO of TT&J Associates, LLC a consulting firm specializing in coaching individuals and teams towards peak performance, and guiding organizations through major change and transformation initiatives. She brings more than twenty years experience in Human Resources and Performance Improvement to her workshops and presentations. Tina has worked with small, mid and large size firms, providing coaching, leadership development and organizational consulting services transforming personal and business strategies into results.
As Founder of the One4One Program , Tina believes in “paying it forward” and delivers this through Empower-Women-Now.com. She holds a BA in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Currently a mentor with the University of Houston National Association of Women MBA’s, Tina is a certified Mediator from the UH Law School, Birkman Consultant and Baldrige State Examiner.
