About

Merrimack College is a private, co-educational university in North Andover Massachusetts. They offer more than ninety undergraduate programs as well as graduate programs, some of which are available online. Merrimack is also a Roman Catholic school, dedicated to its mission of serving the community through education.

Merrimack College History

Merrimack was founded in 1947 by the Order of St. Augustine, in order to help soldiers returning from World War II get the education they needed to pursue their goals. Today, Merrimack College remains dedicated to that tradition of scholarship and service, and works to imbue those values in each of their students.

Merrimack offers undergraduate students more than 90 different paths of study, including opportunities to personalize programs by double majoring or adding a minor. Many potential majors even offer a suite of concentration options.
